Can I switch my dates if I need to?
Reserved dates/deposits are non transferable. If a date needs to be switched, a new contract and new deposit is required and the old deposit will be forfeited.

How long will you hold a date?

PG Party Rentals & Décor does not hold dates. A date is not booked/guaranteed until a 50% deposit accompanied by a signed rental agreement is completed and accepted.

Once I book, how early can I get inside the venue?

All of your rental time must be paid for.  If you have purchased 6 hours of rental time you will only be allowed access to the building for a total of 6 hours.  All events must be cleaned up and out of the building by your scheduled end time therefore, most events will end around an hour before that time to allow for you to remove your personal belongings, removal of trash and chairs/tables put away.  If you choose to you can purchase additional hours as long as the hours do not go over the mandated end time per the venue exit hours and if available before your scheduled entry time.

Can Alcohol be served?

Yes, and must be consumed inside the center only. NO ALCOHOL IS TO BE CONSUMED OUTSIDE FOR ANY REASON. NO SELLING OF ALCOHOL UNLESS YOU HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE

What’s the latest time an event can be held?

Break down of all events should begin no later than 1:00 am.  The venue will close no later than 2:00 am.

Do you have a kitchen?

We have a kitchenette area used for prepping your food there is no cooking of food on the premises. (Refrigerator/Microwave)

What other event services do you offer?

We offer party planning/decor, rental items with venue rental.  We also refer party planners, decorators, florist, DJ, photographers, videographer, live bands and caterers eager to consult with you to help meet your party needs.

Do you allow self or outside catering?

Yes, you are responsible for contracting and bringing in all other vendors.  You are also allowed to self-cater your event.

How many people can the venue hold?

The venue space can accommodate up to 125 people.  The space is perfect for small or larger events, up to 125 guest (with small dance area) and up to 100 guest (larger dance area) with table and chairs.
