We understand that during these unprecedented times that some may be hesitant to gather and concerned about safety.
As a result, PG Party Rentals & Décor is taking the necessary steps to ensure the safety of guests. Our Venue will be deep cleaned and sanitized after every event.
Our team will wear a mask, enforce social distancing and washing of hands. Temperature checks will be available to be performed upon your guests arrival.
We will provide sanitizing stations throughout the space and have masks available for guests.
We ask that all clients inform their guests to stay home if they have been exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or not feeling well.
Cancellation Policy: As stated in our contract, all payments are non-refundable. However, if your event is affected by COVID-19, you may receive a credit for up to 12 months from the date of cancellation.
