Rental Information

Venue can accommodate up to 125 Guest for dining, dancing and mingling (125) Seated Dinner/No Dance Floor, (100) Seated Dinner/Dance Floor Area.  At PG Party Rentals & Décor we give you the greatest flexibility in planning your event.  Bring your own DJ, catering, décor…. Or we can provide everything for you.
We offer additional services for a fee event/party planning, decorating, linen rental, DJ services, catering and more.  We are also available for off-site services at your venue of choice.


We are a very affordable venue looking forward to hosting your special event.  Venue viewing & booking is by appointment only.  Please contact for additional information or to schedule a visit of our venue and discuss your event.

Rental Availability

PG Party Rentals & Décor Event Center is available for rental seven days a week. The venue is rented on a first come first served basis.

Venue Rental Rate Only  - (Linen not included)

There is an hourly rental fee, your time begins with the set up of your event (for example: caters, entertainment, decorations) and ends with breakdown until guests and contractors have departed.


Monday - Thursday  
$140/hr (Hours 9:00am - 12:00am) 4hr minimum
 
Friday or Sunday 
$165/hr (Hours 9:00am - 12:00am) 4hr minimum
 
Saturday & Holidays
$165/hr (Early Bird Hours 9:00am - 3:00pm)
$190/hr (Evening Hours 5:00pm - 1:00am) 4hr minimum
 (Choose outside the block time - Venue Rental $205/hour you choose your available time)

Booking your event

To secure your event date, a non-refundable rental fee in the amount of  50% of  rental or $200 whichever is greater is required, the 50% deposit goes towards your rental balance.  A signed rental agreement must accompany the deposit with a copy of your state issued id or drivers license.  A $150.00 damage fee is required (*If no damage is found to the event space/property, your damage fee will be refunded 3-5 days after your event). We do not accept verbal commitments for bookings.    

Note: a 7.5% sales tax is applied for all venue rentals and a mandatory $125 chair setup/cleaning fee.  Events running past your scheduled time will incur an additional fee of your hourly rental rate.  The latest time permitted is  1:00 am.  There are peak periods during the year (holidays) where premium fee may apply.  The renter is resposible for all removal of food, personal items, outside decor and trash clean up which is to be placed in outside dumpster in rear of building.  Any other cleaning will be done by PG Party Rentals & Decor Staff unless otherwise noted.
